I was charged over $1000 for a "promotion chargeback"

I was charged over $1000 for a promotional chargeback. I never received a promotional credit for anything. The only promotion I received is still currently on my account. How can I escalate this to get my money back. I have tried call, text, and chat only to be told we will look into it. No one can explain why this charge showed up on my bill. This has been going on for over 2 months.

Resolution Update: By partnering with support, the request was escalated for this promotion chargeback error. Everything was resolved via Private Note. If others encounter similar problems with Promos/Credits, common factors can include not meeting eligibility requirements such as Plan / Promo time frame / Device eligibility.
