Insult to injury, trying to keep myself from drowning in a self inflicted wound. Verizon wasted NO TIME at all taking me to task for a bill not paid on time.
The recording actually TOLD ME "there will be a fee of $10 to speak to a live service rep"
I have paid WEEKS,WEEKS
early for months now. I will eat the service $25 service late fee
But to cancel my bank auto debit discount of $10/mo for the remaining 29 months of my payments remaining..
Effectively penalized me $ 325 for this incident. And the fees started pilingng up QUICKLY.
Well, I don't intend to go anywhere just yet.
But I will make sure that record is set straight before I am done
