Hey so i ordered a phone through a verizon rep over the phone, and was promised a $200 rebate plus $100 credit on first bill, to match the 300 gift card I would've got if I bought through the website.. only reason I didnt buy straight form the website is cause I waited to pickup same day at local store and for some reason the website wasn't giving me that option . It's been weeks now and I have my first bill, and no $100 credit and I try to contact support and they say they have no notes for the credit, and no way of contacting the guy who promised the credit.. I feel like I was lied to buy the verizion rep just so I would buy the phone through him! I could've just bought it online and got the $300 credit . Really disappointed
