ID.Me and Verizon are not communicating

When trying to apply discounts on the Verizon app, the app will allow redirection to ID.me, but the functionality stops after logging into ID.me. This is terribly annoying. Verizon please fix your interface so applicable discounts by verified customers can be applied so that loyal customers of over 20 years can save some money!

How can the discount get applied if the connection between Verizon and ID.me is not working. I tried it on both the app and my web browser neither of which are allowing connectivity to apply discounts

What exactly happens when you get to the ID.me page? What options do you see?
