I have filed a complaint with the FCC due to false charges on our account for an iPad we never received. we have made multiple phone calls chat emails and no one is helping us. We have a lawyer now and will be pursuing this and I don't care if it cost me money at this point there is no way Verizon is getting away with trying to charge us $1200 and $30 a month for 10 months for an iPad we never received.
