Improbable but Verizon Prepaid has not changed my plans and have overcharged me 5 months in a row.

I have asked repeatedly to downgrade my plan and everytime I get messages saying they will get me to $120 a month and then I get a message that I cannot see my plan until the next billing date - giving me hope that my plan might change. Then when I can see my plan after being billed more than $160 I see that nothing has changed.
This is absolutely incredible. I will complain to the BBB.

Your online help gave incorrect information and resulted in the recommended plan being canceled. Yesterday I called and spoke to a supervisor and I believe that unless he gave me more incorrect information then my account should be finally straightened out in January.
