Hi Verizon,
I am having issues with my bills for long time. I have been double billed for services that I never received nor activated. Every time I call customer service they say they will raise a ticket but never followed back. I have raised 5 tickets so far but noone replied back with a response. I am super annoyed off of your service and I really need someone from your management team to address my issues.
Please escalate this to your leaders and have my bill fixed.
