Incorrect Trade in credit & Disney Bundle Charges

We upgraded our phones in July 2024.  I upgraded my line so I would get the full $800 trade-in promotion.  Verizon is only giving me $400.  In addition, when I upgraded my line, I was supposed to get the Disney Bundle for free for 6 months and we are being billed for it.  My husband called 4 times and went to the store between July 18th and August 19th and every representative said it was correct in the system and "pending".  We got our bill and it is incorrect.  I started calling on August 19.  I've called 3 times and texted once since August 19th.  Every time, the representative tells me that it was sent to the "Escalation Dept" and I would hear back in 5 days.  I wait the 5 days and no one ever calls and my bill has not changed, it's still incorrect.  At this point, I don't know what to do, we've tried everything, and Verizon just will not fix my bill.  I think they tell you it was sent to escalation just to get rid of you.  Then when I call back, I have to start all over with another rep, they have no record of my calls.  Everytime I call, it's an hour and a half.  I was texting with them for 6 hours last Thursday!  One rep even assured me it was fixed and I would see it in 5 hours.  Nope, not fixed.  Does anyone have any ideas to get Verizon to actually provide some customer service??  #tradein #disney
