My regular Verizon bill is $79.99 and all of a sudden, I was charged $93 dollars for November and now my charge for December is $83. It's definitely not ethical to increase someone's bill without letting them know.
All of a sudden my bill was just hiked, this is not cool.
Has this happened to any of you?

Hello, ayomidecole, we know it's important to have a consistent bill each month. You can view your individual bill charges here: https://www.verizon.com/digital/nsa/secure/ui/bill/overview/ via My Verizon. Is there a specific charge that looks out of place?

Hello
I'm curious about something.
My mobile bill was 230.00 a month. Last month it was 210.00. When I paid the bill, Verizon said I could get 30.00 discount by using auto pay and it would take the next billing cycle to show.
So I set it up thinking Ok, great my bill would be around 190.00 the next month.
To my surprise, When I came on to check my bill, I see it went back up to 230.00.
I mean, come on! This is ridiculous. I'm really annoyed..
Thank you
