I had a frustrating experience with Verizon Wireless while upgrading my iPhones. An agent promised me an existing customer deal, but after signing up in early November, I found no such deal in the documents. I canceled the order, never received the phones, yet charges persist on my bill. Despite three calls to customer care in the last two months, the issue persists. Frustrated, I discontinued my association with Verizon. Now, I've received a final bill of $3748.66, and I'm unsure of the next steps.
