Got quoted an estimated bill of a little over $200 a month for 2 unlimited plus lines and 2 unlimited welcome lines. I confirmed with the sales rep multiple times that this was correct. He said yes because I would be able to get an autopsy discount and a student discount. He also then talked me into getting new phones for all 4 lines because he said that the unlimited welcome lines were eligible for the phones for free due to them being "child accounts" and that we could trade in our phones for new ones without increasing the bill. SO MANY LIES! My bill is still $320 a month. Customer support just said I'm sorry they gave you misinformation and after asking multiple times gave me a $25 credit and then when I said that this adds up they just said yeah sorry looks Iike your not eligible for any other discounts. This is so wrong! After looking at the break down they are charging me $20+ for all 4 phones and because it's four lines they said I'm not eligible for the student discount that the rep specifically said I was eligible for. How can they just get away with lying and screwing me over like this?
