I received a loyalty discount for several years. Received a text msg in October 2024, stating I need to verify my email address in order to keep my discount. When I verified my email address it reverted back to an old nursing discount that I had which was only $10 and removed the loyalty discount which was $20. I've been assured at least five times from five different people. Chad, the loyalty discount will be added back to my account. Here. We are 5 months later and I've been on hold for 30 minutes only to be told I was on hold with the wrong department today. Y'all are full of it.
