After being both a Verizon Wireless and Fios customer for over 20 years, I find it extremely short sighted to remove my loyalty discount I have had for over a decade. If this is how Verizon wants to treat its most loyal customers, I will be looking for a new wireless/data/TV provider. I have put up with VZs nickel and diming for a long time, but to arbitrarily raise my rate $20 a month just to maximize its profits it unconscionable.
