Loyalty discount $10 for 12 MO

I really need someone who is able to look into my "Loyalty discount  $10 for 12 MO" credit that was promised to me on all lines. I have screenshot proof of this being offered to me by a chat agent on all lines, but as I can see it is only being offered on two lines. I was told it isn't possible to apply the credit to all lines for whatever reason, but there needs to be a supervisor or someone who has the ability to add promotions/discounts that were offered. Verizon is shady if they do not honor something that was promised. I am not pleased with Verizon.
