Has anyone upgraded to a new phone and had Verizon take away your loyalty discount? I just had that happen and am also being charged an extra $50 because they bill ahead so now I have to back pay for the discount! I am looking into changing carriers. I can’t understand why upgrading a phone would take away the loyalty  discount??
