We originally had our bill with the loyalty discount applied and everything was fine, the bill for some reason went up $10 and I seen that they had a nurses discount. I decided to try and see if this would help our bill. It took our loyalty discount off and applied the nurses discount and made our bill $30 higher. I didn't want this, i started a chat with an agent and asked if she could reverse this and apply my loyalty discount back instead of the nurses discount. Because I obviously did not know that my bill would be $30 more she said you can't combine discounts, I understood that. I wanted to remove the nurses discount and apply the loyalty discount back on. She said this couldn't be done. Why?????? So then I had to downgrade our plans to make the bill cheaper because it was extremely expensive. I want my loyalty discount back and my plans back how it was.
