Loyalty discount

My bill went up and I called to find out why. Turns out verizon can now change the terms of your bill and plans are no longer grandfathered in. I changed our plans to lower our bill. The representative told me about the teacher discount. I specifically asked if it would affect my loyalty discount and the rep said no. I went ahead and applied to the teacher discount. It immediately took away my loyalty discount that was more and changed it to a $20 teacher discount. I called immediately and was told I can not stack discount. I told them to put the loyalty discount back then because it is more. They said they would, but it would take a full billing cycle. (Funny it doesn't take a billing cycle to take away a discount) After waiting a billing cycling nothing. No change. I called again. The rep assured me it would be put back this and credited me the overpayment. Next bill still nothing. The next rep agreed it was ridiculous and talked to her supervisor. (Funny the supervisor could talk with her, but yet none were ever available for me to talk to or call me) She came back on the phone and said Verizon would be giving me a credit compensation for my troubles, they would get the loyalty discount reinstated through marketing, and she would follow up with me in 4 days and set up a time to call me. No call ever came. Waited for my bill and no change, no credit. Contacted another rep via fb messenger since the chat feature won't work. That rep said the loyalty discount was discounted, assured me they understood my frustration but there is nothing anyone can do! Verizon I have been and loyal customer for well over 10 year and patient for you to fix your employees mistake. You have shown  me no loyalty and that you no longer care about your costumers. Now not only did I change our plans and lost features on 3 of our lines in order to get my phone bill back into my budget range, but you took away my loyalty discount and that put my bill only $6 lower from when you raised it. This will be my last billing cycle as a Verizon customer if it is not corrected.

When we showed our loyalty by adding a 4th line last year you in turn lowered my loyalty discount. That made no sense and was already a slap to the face.
