Loyalty discount

I have been with Verizon for 30 years, basically since they were wet behind the ears.  My bill is now over 300$ /month.   We have 4 lines on a plan that is of course no longer available.    Every time you change the plan they promise you Itbwill cost less and every time it costs more.  I was receiving a $10.00/ month auto pay discount which is now being lowered to $5.00/month.  I might as well pay the bill when I feel like it.   And in addition the service at my home is dismal, slightly better than it was a few years ago but without cable  Not sure how much longer I can take this  abuse. Sorry Verizon you guys are not offering 300/month worth of service.

I do not accept your solution.  I want my senior discount.  And NO I will not change my plan.

Basically Verizon can’t afford to continue my auto pay discount. Their solution is to tell me so sorry    You can change your plan - again and end up Paying more in the long run or just buck  it up and pay $20 more per month.  I have 2 firefighters and one linemen and 2 senior citizens on this account.  One would think $20 per month wouldn’t be a lot to ask for.     Apparently they don’t appreciate long term customers. Could be time to jump ship.
