Loyalty discount

I received the $10 loyalty discount offer tonight and it was only applied to one line.  Talking with the online chat is useless.  They are unable to correct any problems.  Who do I need to speak with to correct this issue? 

I have been a customer for about 20 years and lately the customer support has been horrible and next to non-existent.

firstdue398. Discount offers may vary, and some may be $10 per account while some may be for specific lines. Please watch out for a private message from us so we can review your account together and see what's going on.

I have spent almost 8 hours over the last two days trying to correct a problem an agent created two months ago. The online chat support agents are completely unable to fix problems or they'll tell you the problem will be corrected in a few minutes only to wait and find the nothing was done at all.

Obviously the support here isn't any better than the online chat support.  Is there a number or contact information for anyone that can actually do anything?
