So do I pay the bill to restore service when the billing overages are not mine? I’ve already hundreds of dollars for taxes on devices I did not order. Now they want me to pay before they will help me resolve billing discrepancies. Seems fair to penalize the customers for mistakes made by Verizon. I have little faith that I will be reimbursed if I make payment so I can speak to a representative. Maybe I should just go switch to another provider and we can marinate on the charges for device and services I never ordered.
