Hello
I have requested for verizon wireless account with 5 lines with 5 new devices but to deliver 5 different mailing addresses on November 10th.
So there were 5 accounts created. After receiving the devices, 4 accounts were transferred to 5th account.
While transferring the 4 accounts there was balance left on each of the 4 accounts. Whenever I reached out the customer care about the balance I was kept on informed to ignore. So I ignored.
Suddenly I was hit by 165 points drop in my credit score on May 1st week, when I traced it back it was found that 4 of the above VZW accounts were reported.
I am shocked at this, because, inspite of my proactive enquiries, the customercare misguided and left me as defaulter.
When I reached out with all this information the customercare reps says that the 4 accounts are no more with verizon but with debt collectors. I am working with them to pay the due amount.
But now, I need justice 1) Why did those charges incurred to my 4 accounts 2) Why was I never informed about this? 3) How to get my credit score back to normal.
I request the Verizon Executive care team to help on this matter.

Hi,
I want to share my terrible experience with our Verizon account(s) after yesterday's post in this group.
1) At the time of Verizon connection request on November 10, 2023, we requested the devices to be delivered at different mailing addresses. That lead to create 5 different accounts. We have no clue about these accounts creation until now.
2) After receiving 5 devices Verizon transferred the 4 accounts to Primary Account.
3) While transferring the 4 accounts to the primary account there were unpaid charges on 4 of those accounts namely a) Activation Charges, b)1st Month Device Cost and c)Prorated line charges.
4) I received those 4 accounts unpaid balance e-mails starting from 12/24/23 thru 5/1/24 in 5 times. Each time I contacted the Verizon wireless customer care and always the response to me was "ignore".
5)After that I started receiving those 4 accounts unpaid balance mails(Physical Copies) few more times. Again each time I contacted the Verizon wireless customer care but same answer i.e. 'ignore those mails. those are spam'.
6) First week of May month my credit karma report notified me of -165 points due to 4 VERIZON WIRELESS - SOUTH account detected
7)Then I traced back to the Verizon Wireless Customer care, Debt Collectors, Verizon Corporate Store, and Finally Verizon Community. After all these tireless efforts I understood all the above facts.
8)Verizon claiming those 4 are valid due amounts and asked me to pay those 4 dues immediately for my better credit score recovery, So I paid those 4 dues in full yesterday.
9) What is more shocking and disappointing thing is that,
i) Why Verizon created those many accounts without caring about the customer? ii) Why Verizon Customer care reps gave such inaccurate response everytime? iii) Why Verizon is not caring about this customer even after such pathetic experience? iv) Why Verizon only concerned about collecting dues but simply ignoring the pain of this customer? v) Why Verizon is not intervening to recover the Customer's Creditscore back to his original state?
One more time my request to Verizon (Executime Care Team) is to understand the situation of this customer and do the needful.
