I have requested for verizon wireless account with 5 lines with 5 new devices but to deliver 5 different mailing addresses on November 10th.
So there were 5 accounts created. After receiving the devices, 4 accounts were transferred to 5th account.
While transferring the 4 accounts there was balance left on each of the 4 accounts. Whenever I reached out the customer care about the balance I was kept on informed to ignore. So I ignored.
Suddenly I was hit by 165 points drop in my credit score on May 1st week, when I traced it back it was found that 4 of the above VZW accounts were reported.
I am shocked at this, because, inspite of my proactive enquiries, the customercare misguided and left me as defaulter.
When I reached out with all this information the customercare reps says that the 4 accounts are no more with verizon but with debt collectors. I am working with them to pay the due amount.
But now, I need justice 1) Why did those charges incurred to my 4 accounts 2) Why was I never informed about this? 3) How to get my credit score back to normal.
I request the Verizon Executive care team to help on this matter.
