I was getting 10 off on each of my 4 lines. I had seen a promotion to add student discount. I started classes so thought how great. Well did not qualify for that since can only have ne line but me submitting that has removed the 10 off I was getting. My bill has skyrocketed to 60+ and could not.get this resolved when I spoke to someone. Need help. After 10 years don't really want to switch carriers but if there is really nothing that can be done, that is my only choice. Anyone know of options?!!! So frustrated!
