Missing bill, terrible support

So I have paperless billing for FIOS, because Verizon discounts if I do that. But... my April bill is not in my bill history. My March and May bills are there, but not April. The April payment (which would appear on the April bill) is listed in the payment history. No payments are missing, but the bill is missing. I need this as a receipt for employer Internet reimbursement.

So I try to "Chat with Us" to get support, and the chat window tells me I have to login again, after which the support website appears crammed into the little chat window, and I can't start an actual chat.

So I try to use the "We'll call you" support option, but after I navigate the questions and choose a call-back time, I get a pop-up saying there is a problem and they can't actually do that. They give me a phone number to call.

The phone number leads to a really bad automated voice assistant that actually offered to email the bill. However, the email just described how to find the bill in my Bill History (back to square one).  So I tell it I want to talk to a person (after briefly becomes convinced I want help with a calling feature).

Hurray, my wait time is zero minutes!  But I think zero is really infinity, since I'm still on hold 45mins later. So, no option but to live on hold for the rest of my life.
