I just called to have the mobile protection removed that was added at the Verizon store when we specifically said NO we did not want. I was told they could not retroactively remove the charges and since I already had the bill for this cycle, it would only be pro-rated as of today (11/5). The upgrades were done on Oct 6. I would like ALL the charges reversed and refunded. I may need to look elsewhere for phone services. There are a lot of providers now.
