Mobile plus home discount not working

When I go to join the mobile plus home discount it just tells me something went wrong and call a phone number, is there a work around for this? Someone on this forum mentions cause I use to have mobile+home discount 1.0, there is an issue. How do you resolve, the person on the phone couldn't figure it out.

Sign in Mobile account, go to Bill Overview, click in to (Savings details & New offer), next you will see (Mobile + Home)

Did that and keeps saying something went wrong.

I call VZW CS, few weeks ago, The super teach me to doing Mobile +Home program step by step with her, but, make sure Mobile account link with Fios Internet together ready
