This company contains a lot of manipulative and money hungry people. I made a trade in for a prom of $800 off with trade in, verizon states they never received the phone. I no longer have the phone nor the IMEI number and this bill is absurd. Not to mention I've talked to dozens of agents about my financial situation because I'm caring for a terminally I'll parent and I'm out of work. The reps tell me one thing then my service gets cut, there is no empathy with this company and I believe my trade in was lost and no one wants to confess to that.
