So I had a phone that messed up so I reached out to Verizon for a new one. They did send me a new one and I had to send the old one back, only I work out of town and left it with my girlfriend to send back once the new phone came in. Unfortunately, somehow she lost the old one and I was stuck with having to pay 743.00 that month. Which is understandable. What is not understandable is the very next month they stick me with a 1,553.00 bill and assured me they would fix it. I’ve contacted them 4 times now over the past 2 weeks and every time they assure me my bill will be fixed. To be more specific, the last time I talked to them they said they would have someone contact me in 4-5 days with the resolution on how they will fix the bill. Well it’s been another week, almost 2, and no call. I have never missed a phone payment, or been late, I’ve spent God knows how much with these people, so In my opinion they could at the very least act like they wanted to keep me as a customer. Do they actually expect me to be able to over 2300 dollars in 2 months for a phone??
