It took some time, but  I DID get an email from Verizon  CS.

Thank you to Kristen who reached out to me and resolved the issue

And thanks to this board....gave me a way to reach a person--via email -- and clear up the problem.

I would be great if Verizon had a Customer Service email on their site. I could not find one, so had to go thru the board.

Glad to hear your problem was fixed!

I've not heard of a direct CS contact email.  Probably because if there was one, the inbox would be constantly overflowing.  Verizon has over 100 million customers the last I'd heard, so even if only a small percentage of them has an issue, nobody would be able to keep up with answering emails?  If someone from Verizon contacted you directly via email after someone at the forums or elsewhere escalated your issue, then kudos to that agent. 😀
