Yes I had a promise to pay set up for yesterday and wasn’t able to pay the whole thing. When I chatted with multiple agents they assured me my services would be secure until the 15th. But then tonight I was told something different. And my brother committed suicide so it’s very important that I keep my services to communicate with my family. So I need help ASAP.

For anyone experiencing similar issues, if you have a payment arrangement set, you may face service interruption if the arrangement is not fulfilled on the agreed upon date. If you need to modify or change your arrangement, it’s always best to contact Financial Services at 1-866-266-1445. Their hours of support are Monday through Saturday from 8:00AM - 10:00PM Eastern Time, and then Sundays from 10:00AM - 7:00PM Eastern Time.
