My 11/4/2023 -12/3/2023 bill charged us for 20 Natl Directory Assistance calls at 2.99 per call. I protest because we did not use NDA 20 times— if ever. How do I get a credit to my account for these false charges.

I have the same charge on my bill and I only have FIOS and a landline. I’m definitely not calling directly assistance. Think I would remember that. This is some type of HORSE PUCKEY charge.
