Need An Itemization of Last Bill Received

I ported out three lines and the bill I received didn’t provide the per line charge of what was owed on each device. The disconnected line link doesn’t work. I was on the phone with customer service for over an hour and while I was being told I was waiting on a manager, the line disconnected so my issue was unresolved. I only am asking for a bill that contains my final charges broken down. Fix this please. Would love a call

From my own experience elsewhere and reading a number of threads about this in the forums, it takes 2 billing cycles for everything to completely clear out of the system. So, if you only just recently ported out, the paper bill you just received in the mail is just for your mobile service for the last month. If there are outstanding balances on devices, those will generate on another bill in the next billing cycle and you will receive that via snail mail later.
The disconnected account login URL was changed recently. I'm not sure if this one is the correct one:
If that doesn't work, try the one-time bill pay site to see if any details on your final bill come up:

Hello, Mcsquared-123. So sorry to hear you have ported out your services but rest assured, help is still here. We can absolutely send you a bill reprint if you like. Also, if you still have access to the username (not the phone number as the username but the actual username) and password, you can still log into your My Verizon account as long as it is within 30 days of porting out. I have sent you a Private Message.
