Need Supervisor ASAP

I’m desperately trying to get an issue resolved. I have been a customer for almost 18 years and have never had the issues I m experiencing getting assistance. I had to call every day for two weeks before I thought I had the issue of my phone charges resolved by a team leader supervisor Eren on March 6th 2024. . I took photos of the entire chat but my Account has not been rectified.  I was given a promo escalation request # 1249 and told everything was resolved and well documented on my account but apparently not resolved as I called and nothing has happened.

I am still needing assistance. I thought they had resolved the issue by stating that they would give me a credit for $50 each month up until February of next year however, in October, I was charged the full amount for my account I called and the gentleman stated he would be Refunding the $50 and applying it to my account that did not happen instead I see that there’s a notation that I will receive a $50 credit and November I was originally charged for a phone that should’ve been a promotion. This has been nothing but a headache. I am forced to call every month and ask for a $50 credit. Sometimes they get it right sometimes they don’t  Anyone can help me just simply credit my account for the remaining balance I would be most appreciative

I am also having a billing issue with my account and every time I call customer service I am told that there is nothing they can do, I have cancelled my account because of these issues. I wanted to stay with Verizon but the customer service is horrible.
