I’m desperately trying to get an issue resolved. I have been a customer for almost 18 years and have never had the issues I m experiencing getting assistance. I had to call every day for two weeks before I thought I had the issue of my phone charges resolved by a team leader supervisor Eren on March 6th 2024. . I took photos of the entire chat but my Account has not been rectified. I was given a promo escalation request # 1249 and told everything was resolved and well documented on my account but apparently not resolved as I called and nothing has happened.
