Need help with bill

Hi - I'm really hoping someone can help me.  Our bill was past due (17 days)  we had just paid the previous past due balance a few days ago.  We submitted a payment through our checking account but it may not go through.  I really need someone to help me - I can set up an autodraft for the past due amount for the 29th which is this Friday.  I can't get where I can speak with a human when I call and I desperately need the help. 

I have been a client for many years and have always paid my bills, even when they were late.  I really need a hand here - can someone please help me?  I'm getting desperate and don't want to lose phone service as I cannot work without my phone.  Need to work to make the money to pay the past due amount.

Hi, sorry to hear of your troubles and sure hope things improve for you.  Your account might be on "cash only" status if you've been having issues with paying the bill.  If you go to a corporate (not a 3rd party run) Verizon store, I'm pretty sure you can pay your bill there.  If your account is on "cash only", you actually can't pay through autopay.  Good luck.
