I recently switched from Verizon to Visible and I now have a credit balance on my now-closed Verizon account of $125.05. How and when can I get that money sent to me? Thanks!
I just wanted to clarify a few details related to the credit balance issue you mentioned. If you end your account and a credit balance is generated, then that balance will be refunded in the form of a prepaid debit Mastercard or a paper check, depending on the credit balance. Your card or check will arrive within 2-3 weeks, via USPS.

Once an account has been deactivated and a credit balance or security deposit is listed, we will issue out a check that will be sent to the address listed on the account. It can take 6 to 8 weeks after the final billing cycle has closed
