OK, we were traveling to Japan in October. We were all on an older plan (Get More Unlimited). We were told we needed either the monthly international plan ($100/month) or travel pass ($10/day) and we have used those in the past. We also got Global Choice to make calls to Japan phone numbers (also needed)
It turns out that the current version (as of August 2023) of Ultimate Unlimited not only does everything our older plan did, but ALSO includes international travel and the ability to make calls to Japan - ALL INCLUDED.
I talked to multiple representatives about the international plans - and NO ONE mentioned at all that we could simply change the plan and that would all be covered. So we are out several hundred dollars simply because the representatives (and there were several) never bothered to mention this little detail.
I have talked to customer service and they couldn't directly do anything. SO, I wanted to send a formal complaint to Verizon Wireless - except there doesn't seem to be either and email or physical address to send it to...
Very long term customer - fairly annoyed as this should and could have been very simple!!
Does anyone know where to send such a complaint or how to get someone to act on that complaint????

Able to resolve this with customer service after several tries... Still unclear to me the best way to file a complaint or issue like this - but apparently this forum does get attention, so good to know that.
