Never Received $200 Gift Card

I received an email over a month ago to redeem my $200 gift card for my service. I clicked the link on the app and set up to receive the gift card. It has not been over a month and I have not gotten anything about this gift card. It says it is "processing" but I have not gotten anything from Verizon. It is ridiculous, it should not take this long to get a gift card I was promised when I signed up for the service.
