I am pleased with Verizon service realiability. However, getting started has been issue after issue. I was promised a 200.00 gift card I never received, I had perks added to my bill that no one made me aware of, promise my activation fee would be waived, didn’t happen and my number was not ported as promised. I may return my device and cancel my plan because of the promises that were not honered

Hey there, Nlhetherington89, we're so glad you chose Verizon and I'm sorry to hear there have been some speed bumps along the way with the transition. Have you been able to remove the perks from your account that you are not looking to use? You mentioned you would get a $200 gift card. When did you place your order for new service? Can you verify how your order was placed?
