New Member Reward never came

When I signed with Verizon they offered $300 in gift cards after I hit 90 days. This has happened and I have not received these gift cards. Have chatted and called support several times and they tell me there is nothing they can do - refer me to another dead line - basically are useless on this. Posting to forum to see if anyone has had success receiving these.
