I’m so frustrated while trying to upgrade my phone! Could not get address changed and did not realize that you can no longer sign UPS slip to leave the package.  Now they have received the phone back and I still can’t get a new one and still of course billed for phone I never received!! I’ve been with Verizon for 20 years.  Their agents have tried to assist but can’t!.  I can’t believe it’s this hard to cancel and get a phone.  After this I will be leaving Verizon

Chr69, we are concerned to read about your experience and issues with your device delivery. Was the device attempted to be delivered to the wrong address or was there just not the ability to sign for the package at this time? How many times was the package attempted to be delivered? Typically, 3 attempts are made before the device is returned. You shared that the device has been received back, when was the return processed? Once an order is returned to our warehouse, it can take 10-14 days for the return to be completed. We certainly are here to help and review options to get you into a new device. It was just received back but waiting so long to simply go in a store and get a phone  is ridiculous when I have not activated, received the phone.  Of course you don’t mind having it on my upcoming bill already.  I do not want a new phone, I need one!!

I’m just going to wait for my refund and switch carriers after that.  20 years and I have 5 phones with Verizon… just disappointed how hard things are now with you all.
