New zip issues

I recently updated my billing address on my debit card. I am attempting to pay my phone bill However, I am unable to do so, because of an error.
The error is as follows:
"Error
Zip code information entered is invalid, please enter Valid Zip Code"
However, I know for a fact that the zip code is the correct, valid zip code. The zip code is accurate to all mail that I've been sent at my address. I also know that this is NOT a problem on the bank's end-- I've already reached out to them. The zip code is correct. I've triple checked spent hours on hold with pnc the address on file is correct. I need to pay my phone bill today or I could be out of a job ive been trying for a week now and im really stressed out over it now i really need help

Hi, I'm guessing this same debit card is your preferred payment method in your Verizon account? If so, what you need to do is first shut off autopay if you've got autopay turned on, then remove your payment method from your My Verizon account. Then, update all your contact information in your account. Afterwards, re-enter your payment method and turn back on the autopay. Hopefully this doesn't cause you to miss an autopay, because if the autopay glitches out, the system will cancel your autopay and block you from using autopay for 6 months.

Ugh. Sorry to hear none of that worked. If you are still unable to pay your bill, the only things I can think of are to use a different payment method, try the one-time bill payment site https://www.verizon.com/digital/nsa/nos/ui/payment/otp/login#/ to pay your bill, or dial #PMT on your phone to pay your bill over the phone. There's also going to a corporate Verizon store to pay your bill in person, but that's admittedly inconvenient.
I'm not sure if this is the correct department to ask about your payment issues, but try calling Financial Services 866-266-1445 about that ZIP code error? They will probably want you to do all the same stuff I was telling you earlier about turning on/off autopay, removing/reentering payment method, and updating your contact information, so tell them you already did that and it didn't work.
