No Service options while disconnected.

This is absolutely absurd this has been  ongoing I just made a payment a week ago I have a standing arrangement then even canceled and moved the date closer with my card attached and still my service is off. I need my services I work from home and don’t have a land line my phone is my business!!! This needs to be remedied immediately!
