Trying to pay off two devices but once I reach the page to pay off it won’t let me.
We want to ensure you can manage your devices at your convenience, Eighties76. The device payment can be paid off online as long as you have had the device for more than 30 days. From the Device Overview page, you will select Manage to pay off the device. Please tell us what you see when you try to pay off the device. Are you receiving any specific error messages?

Are the devices associated with some kind of deal where you are receiving monthly credits to your bill? If so, a possible reason for the system not letting you pay off the devices is because that is considered breaking a contract. Depending on the fine print, that could mean having to pay early termination fees as a penalty, not to mention all your credits will stop.
