No service and having trouble with staying signed in

My mom pays for services but it wont let me link my services phone #  with my account as a result I have no service .and yet messages from Verizon says I have a 35$ and a 40$  that have been paid  but arent added to my account but i also can't access them either.oh and now a 20$,

Hello, Rainbird1991. Help is here as you definitely deserve some answers. Just to confirm, I see you stated that this is your mother's account. Does she have you added as an account manager? The reason I ask is to ensure we can properly authenticate your account for review. Please let us know.
