I can’t contact anyone because it won’t let me talk to anybody. I thought switching to Verizon was cheaper and better, but no I think will switch back to AT&T at least when my phone is off I can still talk to a live agent. The Verizon guy said my bill would be cheaper than AT&T but no AT&T got you all beat.
