I received one of those ridiculous prepaid cards that you send out instead of sending a check. I can't use the card anywhere online. I can't transfer my funds. The customer service number listed lets me check my balance and that's it. This is ridiculous. Can someone please contact me about accessing the 55.99 that Verizon has owed me for 2 months now?
I am also still a current customer and you could have just applied this refund from my other account to my current bill instead of making everything so complicated.
