Not accepting my form of payment

I am trying to upgrade a line on my account and the website will not accept my form of payment. I tried multiple cards and even Apple Pay and they won’t accept it. I called a rep and they sent me links to make the payment manually, but they still won’t go through. I tried multiple cards with the rep and they won’t go through. Does Verizon not want my money or trade in device??

Hi! I'm also going thru the same issue. I'm trying to start a contract line thru them and it won't accept my NetSpend MasterCard or my PayPal. What can I do?
