I have been trying all morning, over 4 hours, trying to pay my closing bill. I cannot get it done. Not online, by phone or at the store. Been on hold. for almost 30 mins this last time. Called every number I can find. I do not have my pin number and the "cannot" get it reset. I want to file a complaint. This will be the second one I have filed. All this just to try and pay a bill.
