I am a new customer, I am eligible for a discount using autopay but only with a bank account. But apparently I’m not eligible to use my bank to pay my bill? So no discount. I’ve never been late or anything. Verizon is terrible.

Hello RS2112. We want you to be able to get all available discounts. Are you receiving an error when you are signing up for autopay? If so, what error or message are you receiving?
