Nov. 2024 Black Friday Promo - bring any phone and upgrade to iPhone 15 or 16. Anyone else with billing issues? We upgraded 1 line with the new plan to receive a iPhone 16 and returned the old phone. Verizon has decided to charge us $23.00 every month for the phone. I have to call every month to receive the credit, we were told tickets have been issued but there is a weird glitch that they can not fix! So for the next 2.5 years I have to call Verizon and get them to adjust our bill. Does this void the contract we signed, this is absolutely ridiculous!! Obviously Verizon does not have technical expertise to fix a problem. I have been with Verizon for years, this is just unbelievable.
