You told us in the community forum multiple times that with Play more Unlimited would still get our Disney bundle included (after you took a chunk of our auto pay out. ) Now I have a Disney bundle charge on this months bill. What is going on???
Hi mominbine, You are absolutely correct. On the Play More plan, Disney+ Premium (Without Ads), Hulu and ESPN+ included. If you are seeing a separate charge, let's look into this. Please reply to the private message that will follow to get started.
